Sage is an incredible company, that truly listens to its assocaites at every level. Everyone says they have a culture, Sage truly plays a different sport than most... Sage lives and breathes their culture, and has a profound interest in not only the professional, but personal development of their associates.Their ability to pivot, and steer the ship in an updated direction based on new (and accurate) information is unparalleled for a company of this size.

No company is without their faults, but the approachablilty of the most Senior leadership with no ego in hearing feedback helps address the cons, whether it be a way to improve communication, or streamline a process etc.

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.
Cons
Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
