Pros

The company as a whole is embracing and encouraging. They lift you up and guide you like no other company I have worked with. Most companies have catchy slogans that draw you in and don't deliver. But at Sage you really do feel like you belong.

Cons

As a chef, you are tied to certain restrictions with food creativity. And it varies from property to property and extremely dependent on each hotel. Look around and find the right property for you. Sage has them all.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
