I am so sorry to hear about your experience working at Sage and hope that during your exit interview you gave specifics that would help us improve. It is important to me that our associates feel valued, appreciated and that our compensation is competitive. I also take pride in feeling that Sage is highly organized and fair to its’ associates. If there is any feedback you are able to provide as to why you had such a negative experience I would welcome that. Please feel free to reach out via myvoice@sagehospitality.com. I wish you the best in your future career.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
