Thank you so much for your time with Sage Hospitality and your feedback about your experience at the Residence Inn World Trade Center. I appreciate your comments that the issues you had were at that particular hotel and the executive team there and not with Sage. I am sorry that you had that experience and can assure you that your feedback will be researched and listened to. I hope that you felt you had an avenue to let the HRD know of the issues you were having so that action could be taken. It is unfortunate to lose good associates over differences in management. I hope that we can learn from this and will do some research as to why you felt this way. I wish you the best in your future career and hope to see you again at Sage.
