We strive to keep up with what is standard in the industry but at times there are situations where salaries and job descriptions can vary. We will continue to look at our benefits package to be sure we remain competitive as our associates are our #1 asset and keep Sage going. Thank you for taking the time to review us.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
