Pros

We had amazing experiences working for the company. GREAT BENEFITS!!!

Cons

The hotel i worked for the mangers were very unprofessional and underhanded. I don't feel that we were properly compensated for all the hard work we had done since the hotel was in construction when we started.

Thank you for the time you spent working at Sage. Opening a new property is a very rewarding yet extremely challenging. There is so much excitement that comes along with the opening and we believe in ‘all hands on deck’ when we open. I am so glad that you appreciated the benefits at Sage, we know that employees are the most important asset we have so try our best to keep them fairly compensated. I am sorry that you had a difficult experience with your Manager and hope that you relayed some details when you had your exit interview. That is how we can improve and make changes. Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
