      Pros

      I would recommend to anyone especially someone interested in possible relocation and growing within a company.

      Cons

      Working at a newer hotel within the Sage portfolio so it is still defining the culture but as development continues, it has been a great collaboration between the property and corporate.

      Pros

      Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
