I will have the HR team look at our benefits to ensure we are being competitive in the industry. We have recently begun to make environmentally friendly changes at the home office through recycling, eliminating paper products and will be looking at many other ways to become more sustainable. We do look at diversity when we are hiring and recruiting and take that into consideration when we are interviewing and hiring people.
