      My co-workers were very fun people to work with.

      The company is horrible to their employees. I am a manager and my boss never responds to me, communication within the company is horrible. I would not recommend working for this company.

      Pros

      Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

      Cons

      Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
