      great hotel to hotel benefits for employees friends and family which include air travel and food across the nation for those that can afford it!

      Cons

      all workers should share the same work load, day workers have too easy!!and complimentary shows and tickets should be handed out fair and not just to the front desk personell

      Pros

      Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

      Cons

      Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
