      Pros

      They like to spend money, sometimes not in the right places. But nevertheless, is refreshing for a company to not even ask questions

      Cons

      By FAR and i meant it, the worst company I have ever worked for. Is really sad that a company with great potential never back up their employees. They have the worst management in placed, therefore, awful turn over with employees. Also, very small management company, making it impossible to grow with them.

      Pros

      Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

      Cons

      Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
