      Pros

      Sage has inspiring mission that focuses on enriching the lives of its guests and employees. They do this in many ways, but what has been so profound to me is the culture, the support, and the comradery of the entire team. Everyone from the local New Jersey team to the corporate office to other Sage properties has been extremely supportive and helpful which makes working here such a pleasure. They have created an environment where people feel inspired to be themselves, to be honest and transparent, and work passionately. Everyone works together to help each other make processes better, make systems better, and make the day to day better. Ultimately, we really are enriching the lives of each other and the guests and that has been incredibly fulfilling.

      Cons

      It has really been a wonderful experience here. Everyone is pretty straightforward and acknowledges that work cannot always be “sunshine and rainbows”, there are times that we are extremely hectic and busy, but everyone comes together here and strives for success together and that has made all the difference.

      Pros

      Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
