Pros

None I would never ask my worst enemy to work there ...

Cons

They don't care for employees .... Let management talk down to you and call employees nasty things .... The new chef luft mean as they come but can fake a smile to management when needed

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
