Hotel side of operation is steady and supportive.

Cons

If your restaurant is a Sage Concept Restaurant…RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!! Such a poorly run organization that lacks accountability for their downfalls. Points fingers and brings down the overall operation . Medical insurance is subpar. High co-pays.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
