Pros

It's an amazing space to work at. The town is very cool and unique, the hotel itself has so much potential.

Cons

Sage has absolutely no idea what they're doing and are actively driving the hotel into the ground. They make decisions without an ounce of regard for their staff. Steer clear.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
