Pros

I joined the team in 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Sage's motto of Work Where You Belong is translated throughout the company culture. I feel valued with a very encouraging corporate office and on-property team that supports one another. Sage goes above and beyond to give back to the communities it serves which makes me even more engaged to work for such an amazing company.

Cons

Challenging financial goals for the property. I believe this is the state of the overall hospitality industry and not exclusive to Sage.

Pros

Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

Cons

As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
