      Pros

      I have been here for more than 3 years, I started in laundry and now I am the director of the department, in this company one can grow if they wish, I also have colleagues with incredible human quality and they are amazing professionals! I love working here and I'm sure I'm excited about growing.

      Cons

      We can improve the internal processes, work on Sage processes and at the same time the Hilton thing is sometimes overwhelming but I consider that a platform that unifies the courses could benefit since we have to enter 2 different platforms to complete the courses

      Pros

      Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
