Pros

Sage has provided me with great room to grow and hone my skills. Even after 15 years in the industry, I have still been provided new challenges and experiences.

Cons

A couple of systems are out of date. They work, but there are easier ways of getting it done.

Pros

Great people, strong culture, and exposure to a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and ownership groups. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues who genuinely cared about one another and the success of the company. There are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, and if you’re willing to work hard, you’ll gain tremendous experience.

Cons

As the company has grown, some departments have become stretched thin, and processes have not always evolved at the same pace. Teams can spend significant time reacting to day-to-day priorities, leaving less time for process improvement, automation, and strategic initiatives. Workloads can be demanding, particularly during peak periods.
