Pros

Loved the management team. They took good care of their employees. Benefits were standard, there was nothing out of the ordinary. There are a lot of opportunities to advance in your career if you were willing to relocate.

Cons

They said they were going to implement work from home days, but I don't think that actually ever happened.

Dear Former Sage Associate, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It always makes us so happy to hear that our associates - past and present - appreciate the leaders they work with and see that there are opportunities for growth with Sage. Some properties are still beta-testing flexible work schedules and it's still something we hope to offer in the future. Thank you so much for your time and dedication while you were with Sage, you'll always belong here!

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
