Pros

As far as management companies, the benefits and perks are good. I would say in line with other hospitality management companies - not the best - not the worst. A great portfolio if they keep up the relationships with their properties

Cons

The team itself ran the hotel very well, however when it came to support from corporate it very much felt like we were out of their realm of business-doings. Nobody seemed very informed and we were just made to handle it.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
