A company that believes in growth and development, Diversity & Inclusion and all you that you can expect from an employer with great Culture and Values. Thank you for 8 wonderful years!

      Pros

      Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

      Cons

      Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
