Sage Hospitality encourages and supports growth, the opportunity for movement within the company is always there and attainable as long as you are willing to put in the effort! This company takes great care of their people and community and I am proud to be a part of this amazing team!

Cons

No company is perfect and there will always be room for improvement but your experience really is what you choose to make of it!

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
