Pros

Being part of the Sage Hospitality team has been an amazing experience. Everyone that I’ve met within the organization treats you with the upmost respect and makes you feel valued. At Sage we believe it’s a place where people come too and not through, there’s never been a moment that I’ve haven’t felt that way. The way upper management treats and values you only encourages you to demonstrate the same to your team. Energizing Hearts, Engaging Minds, and Encouraging Success is the Sage Way!!! Thanks for creating an amazing work experience for all Sage associates.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any issues, negativity throughout the years that I’ve been a part of the Sage Hospitality team. Definitely one of the best management companies that’s I’ve worked for in my 20 plus years in the Hospitality industry.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
