Pros

Hotel discounts were the best part.

Cons

Terrible management. No training. No support. No "team" vibe. Everyone throws everyone else under the bus to make themselves look good. Feels like walking on egg-shells and everyone is stressed out all the time.

Pros

Large portfolio of hotels with the potential for transfers and growth. Upper management is intelligent, helpful, and the layers of management help meaningfully support daily operations on the ground.

Cons

Culture varies widely by property and reality of available job growth is determined largely at the property level despite the larger portfolio. Lots of layers of management create a high level of bureaucracy that can make getting anything done a slow and frustrating process.
