      It's been 4 years working with Sage IT. Have a good experience working with the company. 1) Pays bi-weekly and on-time. 2) Responsive to every question or concern. 3) Organize team outings for effective team building and coordination.

      1) Not very competitive package.

      Pros

      It's a staffing company for Indian based IT consulting firms - example as Accenture, Infosys, TCS, L&T Infotech etc., There have been huge client base and opportunity for consulting jobs short term.

      Cons

      Not recommended for those that are looking for a stable job - example if you have a family and kids you can't afford to move between client site locations for each and every consulting projects you are assigned.
