      Nothing to discuss , Don't join this company as a friend I am telling you guys . There are lot of companies gonna hire you.

      Cons

      regional sentiment like telengana and Andhra. hr will harass you and take your efforts for granted . You will not get your incentive for the placement you make you will work like a donkey. Better advisable to not to join this company.

      Pros

      It's a staffing company for Indian based IT consulting firms - example as Accenture, Infosys, TCS, L&T Infotech etc., There have been huge client base and opportunity for consulting jobs short term.

      Cons

      Not recommended for those that are looking for a stable job - example if you have a family and kids you can't afford to move between client site locations for each and every consulting projects you are assigned.
