Need more benefits for long timers

It's a staffing company for Indian based IT consulting firms - example as Accenture, Infosys, TCS, L&T Infotech etc., There have been huge client base and opportunity for consulting jobs short term.

Not recommended for those that are looking for a stable job - example if you have a family and kids you can't afford to move between client site locations for each and every consulting projects you are assigned.
