      Before offer : SageIT promises they do h1 transfer fully After offer from client: SageIT asks you join on h1b receipt. Its big risk to employee. Note: only give interviews if you are ok with join on receipt or else avoid calls.

      Pros

      It's a staffing company for Indian based IT consulting firms - example as Accenture, Infosys, TCS, L&T Infotech etc., There have been huge client base and opportunity for consulting jobs short term.

      Cons

      Not recommended for those that are looking for a stable job - example if you have a family and kids you can't afford to move between client site locations for each and every consulting projects you are assigned.
