Pros
I was pleasantly surprised at how strong and supportive the internal culture is, from senior leadership down there’s a focus on people’s work/life balance and DEI. I really appreciate as well the career growth that comes with a small/midsize company vs a much larger carrier.
Cons
Some growing pains since the company is growing so quickly - like establishing processes.
