      Summer hours where you get to leave early on Friday during the summer.

      Upper mgmt doesn't really care about employees. Merit increases are very small.

      System access, weekly lunch provided by office, opportunity to grow if you are a yes-man.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, unnecessary daily team meetings where half the time is gossip, finger pointing, only a few people are doing actual work on the team
