Very awkward work culture. Communication seems passive-aggressive and a bit savage sometimes, with interjections, roadblocks, derailments, and interruptions causing delays but the loudest wins. It's unclear who the decision-makers are. While executives seem knowledgeable in their expertise and passionate, some of the middle-managers making day-to-day decisions case some serious wear and tear on their teams...in which their qualifications or skills in basic collaboration are questionable.
