      Pros

      -Good Company culture -Management is responsive and listens to employees concerns -Good coaching by management -Lots of opportunity to move up or laterally.

      Cons

      -Their processes need to be refined -Very little training as far as policy interpretation and guidelines -I wish there was more transparency on the workload that each adjuster will get. It can sometimes get overwhelming.

      System access, weekly lunch provided by office, opportunity to grow if you are a yes-man.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, unnecessary daily team meetings where half the time is gossip, finger pointing, only a few people are doing actual work on the team
