Pros

SageSure provides 3 weeks of paid training for CSRs to learn all there is to know about the company's processes and products. The employee benefits and employees themselves are outstanding. Company is very attentive to employee needs and offers plenty of resources for guidance.

Cons

It can sometimes be hard to get a response from the appropriate department, with some issues being lost in a queue altogether, leading to some awkward or disastrous customer interactions. The company has an innovative spark, so I know these processes are being streamlined, but for now it can get difficult.

System access, weekly lunch provided by office, opportunity to grow if you are a yes-man.

Cons

Micromanaging, unnecessary daily team meetings where half the time is gossip, finger pointing, only a few people are doing actual work on the team
