Pros
Fast-paced environment, innovative products, and really good firm for a young graduate to get some experience fast, and be rewarded with responsibilities if you can make it happen (read: score a goal on your own).
Cons
Despite being a tech firm, after a while it feels like the firm is lagging behind bigger competitors and remains stuck as a B-player.
