We are glad to hear that you appreciated that there were “lots of referrals.” We are a very busy agency that receives hundreds of patient referrals each month from many different referral sources. We have a great reputation in the community which results in many patient referrals. We are also happy to hear that you felt the work environment was “low key.” We try our best to give our clinical staff the freedom and opportunity to work as independently as they prefer. We agree that there should be full clarity on “how one gets paid” and “how to rectify issues.” We encourage our clinical staff to seek clarity when any issues arise and these are responded to timely. We encourage anyone with any questions or concerns to have a direct conversation with either their direct supervisor, program director or Human Resources. We feel that we provide adequate clarity for our staff and have avenues to rectify any issues timely and appropriately.
