Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel the way you do about your employment with Nystrom. For the readers who read Glassdoor reviews, Nystrom does have safety procedures for staff and does train our staff on safety procedures in the event of an emergency. We’ve also implemented training for our staff in de-escalation techniques for VERY RARE patient interactions that would require de-escalation. Safety is a top priority in this company for all of our staff and providers. We understand that consistent safety training for all of our staff is critical and we are committed to providing additional training and implementing additional measures to protect our staff due to rare patient interactions that could occur. Our outpatient clinics have many of the same safety procedures in place as any other outpatient clinics. Our clinics are very safe for our staff and our patients.
