You get a lot of support. There's always someone willing to help out and that is not always easy to find. Really helps you get the support you need to grow in your role quickly.
Cons
I suppose like any larger organization it's difficult to meet face to face with all those your work/interact with on a regular basis. However, they do have monthly meetings and support lateral and upward mobility which helps.

We are pleased that you are finding Nystrom a great place to work!
We understand and agree that having supports in place are critical, especially in this field, for our employees to be successful on their own level, and with the work that they do with their patients. We are very pleased that you are getting abundant support at Nystrom (and it sounds like you did not find that at previous places of employment). Our mission is to provide a supportive environment to all of our staff.
We are always open to feedback and our goal is to consistently make improvements where improvements are needed. We ask employees for their feedback on many different levels and use this feedback to consider making changes and evolve as an organization. Employee feedback and involvement is critical to our success as a company so always feel free to contact Human Resources with any suggestions or feedback.
Thank you very much-

Business Outlook
Pros
Leaders share a common goal of increasing access to mental health services. Particularly appreciate the legal work that the team does.
Flexible work environment
Cons
Health insurance and pay models can be confusing at first
Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.
Cons
I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
