Pros

I was a former employee who had resigned due to closer employment. That employment was not in my words " Nystroms." I resigned from there and returned to my former position. There was an overall feeling of being welcomed .The company has been one that is prompt in returning emails and calls. The supervisors have busy jobs, and multiple tasks, but have always been helpful and concerned. I am eager to work with a staff that has gone above others for this employee.

Cons

We are a busy facility, and certainly will need to expand. I shouldn't say this is a con. It is progress in the mental health communities we serve.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
