      Pros

      I love my job and love the clients I work with. Nystrom does have a good termination policy where if someone is no showing you can terminate them and get someone who does so you can get paid. You will work hard here at this company and I like that. People that sit and whine about the job usually do not last long. Nystrom does compensate well and if you work hard you get taken care of. This does well for me as I like to think that if I work harder than my coworker we should not be paid the same, I should be better compensated. My direct supervisor is awesome and I get along with them well. Bottom line working here, if you work hard you will love it. If you are a slacker and not pull your weight you probably will not last here and no one will miss you.

      Cons

      Some minor things, outside the Metro area is a lack of onsite support. All of the IT and HR support staff are in the metro and if there is an immediate need it can take awhile to get contacted back. Also the floor with the office manager I work at is often referred to as "heaven" as one does not even say hi or look at the office manager without getting yelled at. Nystrom needs a more people friendly office manager.

      Leaders share a common goal of increasing access to mental health services. Particularly appreciate the legal work that the team does. Flexible work environment

      Pros

      Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

      Cons

      I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
