Pros

I enjoy working with those who need our help every day

Cons

Extreme micromanaging at all levels. You constantly feel as you are walking on egg shells. The company is more about profit than patient care. Done by increasing the amount of patients with less individuals to care for them. They state there is room to grow and promotions are frequent, that does not seem to be the case at all. We are overworked, underpaid, have few days off for the amount of stress we receive on a daily basis. Management and HR state they want to helps us if we have a problem, but everything ends up being "we will get back to you on this". This either never happens or the problem is due to you and not the company.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you would not recommend working for our company. I would highly encourage you to reach out to Human Resources to discuss your concerns. If you have done that already, and feel as though you are seeing no improvements, I'd encourage you to reach out again so we can work with you to make things better for you- where at all possible. 651-379-1774. For the rest of the readers reading this post, if you were to ask our staff about many of these comments, they would utterly disagree and tell you that they feel otherwise about most, if not all, of these statements. This could possibly be written from a former employee who left on bad terms (which happens infrequently due to different types of issues). Factually, promotions within our company happy ALL THE TIME. Our HR staff and managers are consistently promoting staff to other positions with the organization. For anyone to comment that there is "no opportunity for growth" is likely an employee with performance issues like attendance problems. Additionally, in contradiction to this post, our Support Staff receive three weeks of PTO in addition to paid holidays. We've been told by several staff, and new hires, that this is exemplary compared to similar positions at other agencies. We are proud of that and always want to offer more and better benefits when we can, and we often make adjustments. Lastly, we treat all employees, regardless of job title, equally with dignity and respect. Thanks.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
