Hi and thank you for your review. We are pleased that you appreciated the free trainings and free board approved CEU's that we provide to our employees. We offer more than 48 free board approved and clinically stimulating CEUs each year to our staff. It's great to hear too that you enjoyed the supervision you received. We're not sure what you mean about the "non-compete" contract. We've been told by many people who we offer jobs to that our policies are much more non-restrictive than other agencies. We also don't know what you are referring to about "scare tactics." We do not engage in scare tactics and treat our employees with respect and dignity and at the same time, hold them accountable to their commitment as an employee and to ethical practices on the patients that they serve. We provide a competitive and comprehensive set of benefits to our employees which includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) with an employer matching contribution, health savings account, flexible spending account, long & short term disability, life insurance and other voluntary insurances. We are always thinking about adding new benefits for our employees and making our current set of benefits even better.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
