Pros

I would say that working here is a way to start your career. After awhile you figure out that promotions and other things they promise during your interview are not what happens. However the positive is you get to make your own schedule

Cons

This company has dropped the ball on the in home staff. Companies are paying their employees hazard pay and this company is not doing so. Even a week's extra vacation for literally putting your life on the line to meet in home. They say they have certain policies for Covid but there is constant pressure to meet hours and they can say it is DHS it is really just Nystrom policy. Very production based and honestly managers are not friendly and the local Office manager is just a train wreck, I didn't even bother saying hi towards the end. I moved on due to the change in the work environment that happened since the other investor came aboard not the same company anymore.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
