Pros
Able to work Remotely Career Opportunities- They are ALWAYS hiring because the turn over is insane and they are always opening new clinics.
Cons
Too many meetings at the expense of meeting work expectations Insane work load and no work life balance. They will tell you they are flexible and you make your own schedule, but this is only true for management. If you are not management, you will be watched and monitored like a lab rat in a cage. Since you are working remotely, this will be done via phone and you can expect to live attached to your phone so they can monitor that you are not stealing time. Don't expect them to understand that you can't be on the phone and busy working at the same time. You will be expected to take calls while meeting with clients and even driving. Petty, power hungry managers Ineffective/Unsupportive HR(unless you are management) Lacking in diversity Cut Throat- coworkers will throw you under the bus to get clients and get paid
