Pros

They have a very thorough training program for new staff

Cons

As a whole the company is obviously only concerned with the bottom line. For a mental health company I expected more care given towards their own employees but instead employees are treated with suspicion and assumed to be taking advantage of the company right from day 1. Though I was hired for a management position I was treated by my manager as if I had never worked a day before in my life. She treated me with condescension and micro managed every aspect of my role. I found out after I left the company she had used confidential information she pushed me to share with her to blacken my name with HR.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
