Pros

Coworkers Clients Med lunch Location

Cons

If you want to maintain your sanity, then avoid working here. - When you first get hired on, you will be provided all these incentives to get you to sign the employment contract. Once that employment contract is signed, everything will change. The position you will be hired for will change. Your job duties will change. - Then you’re told if you talk negatively about the company, that they will fine you. - If you leave the company before 2 years, they will fine you. - If you go to HR about concerns, they will say they “value you” and then even more changes will happen with your position. - A lot of micromanaging and focused on money. (What ever happened to client care?) - No work life balance. - They changed the policy on pto being able to be paid out. Said this is to encourage people to use their pto, yet you’re shamed for using your pto. - Be prepared to be talked down to and treated like you are dispensable.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
