Pros

Most of the people who works here are driven, positive, welcoming, and professional! Upper management listens and uses common sense when addressing issues. Company is growing fast which has its cons too, but overall is great!

Cons

Even though there are definitely opportunities that come up often since this is a growing company, those working at headquarters have a better chance of being noticed and selected for positions. The company has made improvements to many benefits and to pay while I have worked there, but there are still a lot of gaps and holes to be filled. For instance, being a company who employs by far a majority of women it surprises me there is no pay for maternity leave. Also the insurance plan is not super helpful.

Pros

Supervision and some internal CEUs are provided. You can be flexible with your schedule. My office is very supportive and I have good coworkers.

Cons

I was warned about burnout and too many clients, but my experience was the opposite. I have not been able to build a caseload in a year and am being forced to part-time with loss of some benefits because there aren't enough intakes. I am not the only person in my office experiencing this. The pay is low as well, there is no stipend or reimbursement for training outside of the company even while the company does not offer specific modality training, and the company has cut salary pay model as well as cutting several holidays including Juneteenth. The company's actions continue to show that they care for profit over people.
