Pros
The people are really nice and great to work with
Cons
much as they talk about version 3.0 of the company, most aspects are the same as before. The senior leadership has goals and strategies that they refuse to share or explained to those actually doing the work then the individual contributed are held responsible for being given vague instructions. They hire people with specific skillsets then try to tell them what to do or what approach is best. Most of their employees are overqualified and underpaid for the role they are doing. They are still stuck in the 2005 " everyone have to be in the office" mindset while most companies have evolved past that. This is a poor business practice considering how many companies are transiting to remove work and the region they are in. Beware of nonexistent or vague job descriptions as a way to get new people in the door then convert the job to whatever they see fit. This usually turns to delegation of admin tasks from C level positions. The fact that the CEO doesn't want to do an employee survey tells you everything you need to know about the organization.
