Nothing to be told. It's worst

1. Hiring hr please understand the salary capacity of the person. As your team major time underpays the employees and push and manipulate the employee to join the organisation. 2 I am talking about the office in bomsandra location. There are 2 buildings of this company in same location. But one of the building does not even have a proper cafeteria to have dinner. 3 cab team always gets cancelled after getting assigned in the location. 4. Team leaders don't help in any of the matter. They point out each and every micro breaks. Even if you want to go for toilet you have to ask the permission from them. No matter of you have health issues. 5 Team leaders are the boot lickers of the managers where partiality hits to the next level based on language specifically being tamil and telugu. 6 Incase you have more than a day of sick leave you need to provide the medical certificate no matter you have ptos. 7 There are psycho team leaders who mix personal and professional life together and target their colleagues. 8 managers do not care about their teams and only hear to the team leads.

Sagility Health provides an opportunity to gain experience in healthcare claims processing and work with a large healthcare client. The remote work setup and standard daytime schedule are positives, and the role can provide exposure to healthcare operations and insurance processes.

Cons

My experience was challenging due to inconsistent guidance and unclear documentation requirements. There were situations where quality expectations seemed to change depending on who was providing feedback, making it difficult to feel confident that work was being completed correctly. Communication between teams and leadership could be improved to ensure employees receive consistent direction and support. Training and ongoing coaching varied depending on the individual providing assistance, which sometimes created confusion and unnecessary stress. For a role that requires accuracy and attention to detail, having clear and standardized expectations is essential.
