Pros

Offers a work-from-home setup which is very convenient.

Cons

Management promised yearly salary increases, but it’s already May and there’s still no update. Last year’s increase came around February and was only around ₱200, regardless of performance. * Incentives are too low to motivate employees to perform better. * There are little to no employee engagement activities or events. It feels like it’s just work, work, work with no appreciation or encouragement for employees.

Pros

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
