No work life balance. You are expected to be on call and at your desk even on your off time. Sick days are NOT excused even if you have doctors excuses. No pay raises even after you’ve been there for six months per contract.

I enjoy working for the company and appreciate the growth opportunities it offers. As long as you do your job well and stay consistent, there are good opportunities to advance fairly quickly. For my experience my trainer was great when I started.
Cons
It seems obvious that the camera is being used for monitoring and micromanaging. The system is already monitored during production, so I do not believe the camera is necessary. I also do not fully agree with the explanation that it is only for the client or because of sensitive information. In my opinion, it feels more like Sagility is using it to closely watch agents and make sure they are doing their jobs, even though QA already provides visibility into their work through screen monitoring.
